Davison Benefits Group was formed in 1994 to be a service-intensive benefits consulting/brokerage firm. After years of working for large, national “alphabet” houses that typically focus on sales and production, we created an environment where service and attention to our clients come first, sales second.

We look for potential clients who are interested in partnering with their broker. The marriage of client and broker is a true team working together to solve problems, find solutions, and brainstorm methods of exploiting the available benefits to the advantage of the employer and employees.

We recognized early on in our formation that communication to employees is principally important to maximizing the value of the benefits program. If employees do not know what is available or how to use the benefits, there is no appreciation or perception of the value of the benefits.

How to best get the message across is always a mutual journey. Effective communication methods must adapt based on the industry and demographics of the group. We employ many methods to assist employers in a continual marketing of the benefits to employees, from e-mail, power-point presentations, benefit fairs and newsletters to contests to pique the interest of employees.

Davison Benefits Group is an honest and ethical firm. We have never had an Errors and Omissions claim against our firm. We have never had a complaint filed with the Arizona Department of Insurance against the firm or any of our employees during their entire insurance careers.

Our relationships with insurance companies, stop loss carriers, TPA’s, PBM’s, underwriters and other service providers are strong and tenured. What this brings to our clients is a strong advocacy in the markets in all aspects of benefit management.

We pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge of the market, trends, legislative changes, employer benefit and compensation concerns, and Consumer Driven Health Care (CDHC). We marry that knowledge with your needs and objectives to work toward finding and executing the best programs for your employees – on time, on budget, and on target.

Our overall goal is to be everything we can be to our clients’ advantage. We have the latitude and ability to make immediate decisions on staffing, equipment, resources and consulting to deploy an action plan. We are large enough to have contingencies in place to make sure that service is not neglected and that our clients always have well-versed, seasoned professionals at their call. And, your calls are answered, because we do not use voicemail to “park” messages. If it is important enough for the call, it is important to have the call answered.
