We are more than benefits. We are part of the Arizona community. We are an Arizona first company. Whenever possible, our resources go to Arizona concerns.
We support numerous non-profit organizations. Our soft spots are for children and animals. They can't help themselves, and it is our job and responsibility to do what we can to make a difference, protect, and nurture them.
Many hands make for light work. If there are a thousand hands linked with ours, it makes a huge difference.
We also are very sensitive to supporting cultural organizations in Arizona. In the absence of music, museums, animal exhibits, science, libraries, art, acting, any dramatic arts, we are an isolated society.
The arts and sciences expand our minds and hearts. The arts and sciences cultivate that important itch of curiosity in our children to help round out their perspective and give them a broader appreciation of the world beyond their walls.
If no one is curious enough to look, nothing will be found. That's the stuff of innovation. It matters.
