We pride ourselves on our communication programs.

We recognize that in order for benefits to be perceived or utilized as a benefit, employees need to understand what is available to them and at what value. Effectively communicating the benefits programs promotes and reinforces our clients' commitment to their employees' welfare and compensation package.

Studies have clearly shown that when employees view their benefit packages as weak or lacking in benefit, abuses will manifest in other areas, such as increased workers compensation claims, absenteeism, employee theft, and turnover.

Many times, the benefit package is very competitive and comprehensive, but the employees are not aware of the available options or how the plans compare to the market. Employee behavior tells us that it is the rare employee that actually seeks out the answers or is proactive in self-educating about the programs.

That is where we come in. Through a variety of means, we try to infuse the employees with information about the plans, how to use them, when to call for help, the costs to the employees, and the costs to the employer. We make sure the information is comprehensive and accurate and attempt to engage employees with fun and/or visually appealing pieces.

We offer and produce the following materials:

  • Benefits Summary at-a-glance
  • Newsletters
  • Payroll stuffers
  • Employee education pieces
  • Annual Employee Benefit Statements – by contract

We will also conduct on-site:

  • Benefit Fairs
  • Benefit Q&A Days where a representative will be on site and available to employees (and/or families) to visit throughout the day
  • "Brown Bag" Seminars on specific subjects of interest to the employees and employers

The communication program is custom designed to meet your needs and is without additional charge.
