In 1994, we formed Davison Benefits Group to be a completely different benefit brokerage consulting firm with unique passion, talent and unwavering commitment to our clients.
Coming out of many benefit arenas--specifically large, national benefit firms and insurance carrier markets--we formed a firm that is genuinely focused on our clients' goals, objectives, and needs in all aspects of their benefits programs.
Our clients trust us. They know we are one phone call away. They know we sometimes lead and sometimes follow when asked, but we always stand beside them for the support and service they need.
It's way beyond benefits and beyond business; it's a partnership that, to our clients' credit, allows us to do what we do best: Find solutions. Fix problems. Listen and hear.

Everyone on our team is salaried; that is by design. Our motivation is not "the next sale." We never want a client to suffer attention for the sake of a sale where the incentive is money.
We do not have voicemail. Voicemail is a way to hide and a way to delay important attention. You don't call us to chat; you have a need and you get a live body right there at the other end of the phone.
We believe that limitations are self-imposed. There are answers out there. We find them, we create them, and we put them in motion.
